How long does it take to prepare my order?
How long does delivery normally take?
It depends on the shipping method you chose for your order as follows:
Expedited Shipping, delivery takes 12 days
Standard Shipping, delivery takes 17 days
Flat Rate Shipping, delivery takes 24 days
(Above total delivery time includes processing time 1-5 days)
How can i know order was shipped?
How can i track my parcel?
It has 3 ways for you to track parcel:
- Log into your account and click “My Order”>> “Order details”, click the tracking number, it will directly link to tracking website.

- , input order number and registration email address, you will get tracking info.
- Track it on related tracking website with tracking number.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1) Weight limit of customs or courier
2) Hot-sale items need additional preparation time
Why my tracking number is invalid?
If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out.
The parcel is sent from our warehouse first. Then parcels will arrive in the shipping company's processing center by plane. Each shipping company will pick up parcels from airport. Once they have scanned those parcels, the website will update the tracking number. It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.
Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching next station.
Why hasn't my shipping information updated?
Please note that it takes some time to update the information. Package could be in transit or clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station.
Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time.
We will try to update that info for you or please feel free to contact our customer service to ask for help.
Why was the attempted delivery failed?
There may be following reasons:
1. Consignee unavailable
2. Wrong shipping address
3. The parcel is delayed by the shipping company
Please check with the shipping company with your tracking number to arrange re-delivery. If you still cannot receive your package, please contact our Customer Service for further help.
Why does it show package delivered but i haven't received it?
Why was my package returned?
There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Unable to deliver
Please kindly contact the shipping company with your tracking number for more information. You may also contact our Customer Service for further help.
Where can i find my refund?
The refund would be issued back to your original account that you paid with this order.
If paid via Paypal, please check the refund in Paypal account within 3-5 days.
If paid via credit/debit card, please check the refund in your bank account in 7-14 days.
